Published 1911, blue board hardback. Rubbing to corners and spine consistent with age. Pencil inscriptions inside cover, yellowing of pages consistent with age. All in all its in remarkable condition and has obviously been well looked after.
 
There's a fold out map, and black and white photos. A great addition to any enthusiasts collection.
